Things I Did Today

Some days can be very full. Others exceedingly empty. Here's a short list of things that already happened today:

  • I flew back from Detroit to New York.

  • I joined the gym. Again.

  • I bought dirt and a planter and took the garlic that sprouted in my fridge and planted it.

And the rest of the day? Drinks with cool publishing people, cannoli in Brooklyn Heights, and an evening call with a client.

Holy crap.

Trade ya! Here's my list for the first couple of hours today:

*picked up doggie bed foam that pup had torn up, and poop from patio (kinda like a poem, huh?)
*two loads of laundry
*posted at blog
*read four gazillion documents for Rose & Thorn Journal's protocol manual update
*walked to kitchen wearing t-shirt only, in search of coffee dregs and "Fresh Prince's" (the 18-y.o.) newest g/f was standing there.

I came back to see if you posted a garlic update! Lame, I know, but I'm a garden goddess whose fave book is _A Tree Grows in Brooklyn_ LOL! (insert "Garlic Grows in Brooklyn" comment here)
